I am a employee of HBL Nungambakkam Telesalses division - Auto Loan division. Now I am facing a problem with my team leader. What ever business i do i will get a additional incentive from the company for my car loan sales. But my team leader is asking 50% of the incentive what ever I earned from the company. This started for the last 2 months. If any body not agreed for 50% incentive sharing that the Telecaller or Field executive will be removed from the system. This is started the usual habit of our Team Leader. Because the Sales Manager is also a lady, newly joined in the system and gave all the responsibility to Team leader.

Now, I am running my family with my income. I am not able to discuss with anybody because everybody is not dependable. The HBL office itself does not have any HR in chennai. I dont want to disclose my name because I like the COmpany but not the supervisor.

Please advise me.

i was been working in hbl global pvt ltd for 4 years and i have quit the job on Jan 2010 and i have applied for Pf on August 2010 still now i did not get any claim or update and i got a letter from pf office stating that form 5 has not been attached by the company and still im not able to find any updates i am calling to provided numbers [protected]/7/ext 1001//[protected] which is continuously busy

In pune HBL home loan employees not get confirmation letter as they are working in sane co. from 4,5 years.In their appointmtnt letter HR clearly mentioned that they will give confirmation in writing.
Also peoples not getting equal apraisal because they are not buttering there bosses.
Is our HR is sleeping, without finding performance they are doing there silly jobs.

i m vikram singh rajpurohit.i had submitted a complained before a month for my due salary.and after that before a month he said that he will revert me after 7 days .and he have mailed me about that salary shall transfar to my account .but havn't told me when it will.before few days i have got a mail from mr vijay.that to contact rachna mahawar into his absance.so kindly tell me when the hbl global pvt ltd will send my due salary .

We are franchisee of courier service ,HBL global pune had account with us for courier service in goa,After spoken to Mr.Shubra Singh Mo No:[protected] we had a type with the above company ,we had a business with them for five month and due to non payment of our bills we stop our account with them.

For payment we almost made 150 to 170 calls and even send a duplicate bill copy 10 times.

But they always says that payment will come .....and till today we did not receive any payment for them.

They have done this with many other courier company as per our information....

so kindly do the needful.

I am Amandeep Singh.My Employee ID is A19954. I was working in HDFC bank under HBL(Offroll).My working period was 24 may 2010 to 12 july 2010 but i have got only one month(june month without incentive)salary. I have also intimated my boss about my resigning but he had given false information ahead to head office and i had not got my incentive of june 2010 and 12 days salary and they had not given my PF yet.
.Please reply me as early as possible..

i munna lal dubey worked with hbl global pvt. ltd. for approx more than two year and resigned from my job on 31.10.08. my employee code was M08246. i applied for withdraw of EPF money on 02.08.10 but till know i had not received my EPF money, so kindly look into the matter and withdraw my PF money as earliest as possible.

I am Vikram Singh Rajpurohit.i have joined hbl global pvt ltd on 5 of august 2010 as a documentation executive for credit card at jaipur location my employee code was v10249 .and my mentor name is mr neerav thakore (sales manager) at ahemdabad.and i have got the appointment latter and according to the appointment latter my salary was 100080 per annum.and due to some personal reson i have sended my resignation latter to mr neerav thakur on 14th of octomber 2010 .and bitween this period i haven't got my salary of any month .they have told me that you will got your salary with full and final .and after the resigned i have got a full and final settlement of rupees 9117 which should be 15000 .and i have told that to my mentore mr neerav thakore .he said that he will check but havn't replied yet to me .so i have called to mr deepen desai (a.s.m) at ahemdabad he did same like mr neerav thakore and they are not picking up my phone now .no body is replying abt my due salary.so please do needfull.i will be very thankful to you for this.and if you can than revert me about this query.

I am kaushal prasad mahatto ( employee code k07582) had worked with hbl global private limited as sales executive auto loan itoexpress building,new delhi about 8 months.She forced me to resign.Then after for full n final she told me that u(kaushal) had resigned and not completed ur notice period .So u should get full n final .About PF she did not want to talk.Kindly look into this serious matter

Sir i have worked in hbl global pvt ltd during period of 25 may 2010, to 12 july 2010
i was resigned this company with giving full notice to my boss but and while resigning he asked that u will get ur full and final settlement left with this company but till now i did not get my left dues company didnot giving my june month incentive and my july month salary (which i worked till 12 july) and nothing about my pf they have mailed me pf form and i signed it and resent it but did not get any dues plz help me.company is asking me to pay dues of 782/- rs by saying that u did not give any intimation while leaving but i had already declared to my manager.plz help me.........

I have submitted my resignation letter on 20th Jan 2007 before my relieving date 21st Feb 2007 which is approved and countersigned by my manager on 21st Feb 2007 (Manager - S. Murali Shankar - RM - Ecode S1541)

and the same had been sent to H.O - Mumbai along with the exit check list by Chennai - Business Banking department
