My mother has invested in HBN dairies with her all the gains by selling vegetables for my education under my name. And by 2018 she was supposed to receive the refund. And eventually she received nothing. She lost it all. With gap of these many years we finally found the hope to regain our deposited money by means of consumer complaints. Please do support us. I am writing to file a formal complaint against HBN Dairies & Allied Limited regarding their failure to provide the invested amount to their investors, including myself. The company's bankruptcy and inability to fulfill its financial obligations have caused significant financial loss and distress to me and numerous other investors.

I invested 32000/- in HBN Dairies & Allied Limited on 30.06.2010 with the expectation of receiving returns as per the agreed terms and conditions. However, the company has defaulted on payments owed to investors and has been unable to provide any reassurance regarding the status of our investments.

Despite the ongoing legal proceedings concerning the bankruptcy of HBN Dairies & Allied Limited, the company has failed to communicate effectively with its investors, leaving us in the dark regarding the fate of our investments. This lack of transparency and accountability has exacerbated the financial hardship faced by investors who trusted the company with their hard-earned money.

I believe that HBN Dairies & Allied Limited has violated consumer protection laws and regulations by failing to honor its financial commitments to investors. The company's actions have caused substantial financial harm and emotional distress to investors like myself, who relied on the integrity of their investment promises.

Therefore, I request the Consumer Court to expedite the resolution of this matter and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to recover the invested funds for all affected investors. Additionally, I seek fair compensation for the damages incurred, including the principal investment amount, accrued interest, and any associated legal costs.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including investment agreements, payment receipts, and correspondence with HBN Dairies & Allied Limited, to support my complaint.

I urge the Consumer Court to intervene on behalf of investors and uphold justice by holding HBN Dairies & Allied Limited accountable for its negligent actions.
