Have taken a policy in Mar 2009 and it got matured in Sep 2014. Agents collected the policy certificate and bank details, but never received the payment for more than 1 year. Tired of following up with agents and no working contact number for both Chennai branch office and Delhi head office. Very frustrated. Regn. # D09BF[protected]
