          Have taken a policy in Mar 2009 and it got matured in Sep 2014. Agents collected the policy certificate and bank details, but never received the payment for more than 1 year. Then I collected from various persons and opened 32 accounts. Nearly more than 40 instaments were paid, more than 6 cases matured .but the payment is not given.
