श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी ने दिनाँक 11/06/2011 को hbn dairies & Allied Limited से एक पॉलिसी क्रमांक D ( protected) ली है जिसका भुगतान दिनाँक 11/09/2017 को होना था किन्तु आज लगभग 6 साल के बाद भी उक्त पॉलिसी का भुगतान नहीं हुआ है कृपया उक्त पॉलिसी का भुगतान कराने की कृपा करे। मै आप का अति आभारी रहूंगा।

I deposited an amount of Rs.320/- on 2012 in HBN Dairies monthly scheme. The lock in period as per the certificate issued is till 2020. I had accumulated it for a year. My serial number in Maharajganj branch where I have deposited is 11000.
Till date I have not received the check for the money deposited by me 6 years ago.
The company is bound to pay me as soon as the maturity date is over. Now the delay is unjustified.
Please do needful.

I am the policy holder policy with Hbn dairies and allied ltd.with registration number E[protected], I have paid the monthly installments of 320/-per month from 2010 and its maturity amount is 38, 560/-as the company said but the company is fraud and is not responding through the agent.
I kindly request you to refund the maturity amount as promised it's too long now maturity date was 2017 but still there's no clarification from the company.
Every consumer knows there right.

I am policy holder of HBN Dairies & Allied Ltd. my insurance period is completed on[protected] but not received my refund, l want to take my refund but there yours agent told us company did scam and pack from SM-22, Avanti Vihar, Telibandha Dist- Raipur 492001, Chhattisgarh. Csc code - 020. we want refund our policy money. We tried to approach the company agent but there no response from there side. We want our money back as soon as possible.
