Hi, Policy no-D09D00083 Policyholder-Amit Sachdeva Email [protected]@gmail.com. Contact-[protected] I have a policy from hbn dairies & allied limited. I paid full amount till the 5 years as term mentioned in the policy. I received the maturity cheque no-006977 dt-18/04/2015, bank of baroda but it has not been clear from the bank. I returned the cheque to nit Faridabad branch and they ensure me to provide the dd against this bounce cheque. This cheque bounce in 2013-14. Till the date, I have no information that either I will get my money back or not. Even I don't have any contact number of any branch of hbn. Nit Faridabad branch had been closed from where I purchase the policy I am a disabled person hence you are requested to take an action and refund my policy amount. I deposited 5000 rupees on 30 Apr 2012 and was issued a certificate bearing No SCG 2340764. Maturity date on the certificate is 30 Jul 2018 and maturity amount is 10, 000 rupees. I submitted required documents in sep 2018. Till date on information has been provided by the company regarding refund.
