Hbn Dairies & Allied Limited — maturity issue | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I had worked with hbn dairies & allied ltd as a agent. My agent code is[protected] from singrauli (Waidhan) branch. I have opened many accout myself & customers rd & fd aacounts in various plan. During maturity time branch has been closed. I am trying to contact with hbn customer care number but no body attending calls, also i have sent email to [protected]@hbnglobal.com but no response from hbn. I have just received a call from mobile number [protected]. He asking about HBN dairies & allied complaint. And told that provide them Debit card number, Expiry date, So that maturity amount will be refund within 15mints. Then I have provided him debit card number & Expiry date. After 1 mint I have received 2 OTP at my bank account registered mobile number regarding e-common transaction. There after he asked me minimum balance that is not required for fund transfer.
Then I have checked number in true caller there is showing name Paytm bank address
Please look this matter & do the needful action.
