Respected sir/madam, I, smt sampat d. Gavali had taken a policy from hbn dairies & allied ltd for rs. 1, 05, 000.00. My policy certificate no is d[protected]. I had paid all the yearly installments of this policy and maturity period of policy had already been expired on 27 july 2016. I had deposited original policy certificate alongwith, xerox copy of my pan card with company's branch located at nashik (Mah) on 24 july 2014. But you are not refund amount.
