My name is harish singh pilkhwal and my emp-code was 44023509. And my working days in hcl infosystem was from 1st jan 2016 to 31st july 2017. My first pf amount has been cleared.
I want to withdrawal the epf amount. How much time it will take to clear it?
My pf account no is mr/noi/11476/88427 in hcl pf trust account.
And i have already sent form 10c along with cancel cheque and adhaar id hard copy (By speed post on 11 sep 2018) and soft copy as well,
How much time take to clear epf balance after passing one and half months.
HCL Infosystems customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear sir,
    I have received my epf and eps amount from hcl infosystem my pf no. Was is up/11476/88429 in hcl pf trust account. I received my eps form hcl was rs. 10965, before 15 days and epf also withdrawal,
    My uan no is[protected]
    But i am not received my eps amout which is transdered form my previous company (Wipro infotech) to hcl infosystem, i received mailed form wipro infotech, i am attached, mailed by wiproinfotech

      I have worked with m/s hcl infosystems ltd. From[protected] to[protected] but my pf balance seems to be low. When i have requested the organization to provide my pf statement from my date of joining to the date of relieving organization is not responding. I have filed a grievance with the same issue but the ticket was closed by asking me to contact the pf trust since the pf trust is exempted one. I am unable to reach the employer since they are not responding to phone calls and emails. How to resolve this issue when my employer is not responding?

          hcl pf issue

          Hi all,

          I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on 01 JUNE 2018 that the amount would be released in 8-10 working days.

          However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk.

          I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference...

              Dear sir,

              Sorry but regret to say that very poor way of working of railway staff.
              No response from anybody till date, nor they are able to trace my luggage.

              Til date i am just receiving a call from different different station that “we are trying to trace the luggage”

              I am surprise that till date my luggage is not trace by railway rpf even after sending the mail to u.

              It means nobody is bother of their seniors.

              No action has been taken against mariyahu ss till date, his photo is attached.

              Today morning at 9.30am my brother went to mariyahu station for doing the process of claim, he met with mariyahu station master, he was talking to him very rudely & he threaten my brother by sayinh that i[censored] will come here again than i will do fir against u.
              My brother called from mariyahu station & said all the conversation to me has between my brother & station master, i told my brother to give phone to station master so that i can talk to him & take guidance for the claim process.
              On duty station has taken the phone first i ask him sir may i know ur name he replied i will not say my name he said said that i don’t want to talk u can got to varanasi for doing claim, i told him that i will do complian against u, he said do what ever u can do i don’t care at all.

              I have attached on duty station master photo, name i don’t know.

              Luggage was done on ticket (Lt) (Than also guard has not carry out the luaggage from the train at mariyahu station on 04.07.2017)

              Still no action has been taken nor any feedback from ur end regarding my luggage.
              This is totally a guard mistake who was there in train 19041 dated on 02.07.2017 from bdts to may, it was guard responsibily to carry out the luaggage from the train at mariyahu station on 04.07.2017

              I am suffering till date for my balance luggage.

              I would like to infrom u that my sister has shifted to her native place with her husband, they travel on this sunday 02.07.2017 by train number 19041 bdts to ghazipur express, her husband has done the luggage of his goods……. From the bandra terminus for that they have taken the amount ofn rs 2100/- & gvn the receipt of rs 1266/-,... Total 5 quantity of luggage has been done from bdts to mariyahu... My sister destination is mariyahu & the luggage was booked from bdts to may only... Receipt number[protected]... After reaching mariyahu their luggage was not taken out from the train, till date they have not received their complete luggage...in mariyahu station nobody has taken any initiative to take out my sister luggage from train, station master is useless, he is talking veru rudely... He is saying this is not part of our job regarding luggage related, still my sister & her husband is worried for their luggage... I went to bandra terminus also they are saying that from here we have send the luggage our duty is over, they said me to wait for another 3 to 4 days... Nobody is proper responding nor giving me the proper feedback where my luggage is? Request u to take a necessary action to get my sister luggage at mariyahu station.

              I have already gvn a complain on tweet also.

                        You have taken inspection fees.Rs. 173.00 for sort out the actual problem for my lenovo p-780 mobile, and after (without) full check up and inspection hcl service ltd told me the mobile mother board has some problem and must change the same and its changing cost rs, 9000.00 (approx) no alternative solutions, and that time it was impossible for me to bear such expenses rs, 9000.00. So, i got checked the same outside and repaired them at a very nominal charged for rs- 950.00, now the my mobile set is fully running well and good. In view of the above, i claim herewith the refunf of my inspection charged amount with penalty for wrong information provide and charging the huge amount and misguide the customer having no proper checking and inspection the mobile wheres the customer must pay the full inspection charged.

                          Dear Sir,
                          We have AMC of Computers, Printers, Thin Clients, Scanners, Routers, Network Switches, Online and Offline UPs costing around 3 lakhs per annum with HCL INfosystem ltd for the last three years. They applied for renewal of AMC from 01 Aug 2016 to 31 July 2017 and we accepted their proposal and awarded the AMC for the period 01 AUG 2016 to 31 July 2017. But for the last 5 to 6 months they are not responding to any complain from our side about problem in computers, printers, UPS and other issues. We are calling each and every day on the personal number of present branch head Soyeb Mohammad about the issue but he is not responding. Due to his negligence the problems is increasing day by day.
                          Please look into the matter urgently and do the needful.

                            We have some problem in our HPE Blade Chassis supply and Installed by HCL Info systems Ltd.
                            Rear 3 nos of Fans showing Degraded Performance.
                            We have 5yrs NBD support.
                            Since its in production, please try to solve the issue asap.
                            Installation report along with console details are attached with this complaint.
                            I have tried to call the phone given in the installation report but its showing switch from 4-5 days.

                              I have purchased an hcl desktop pcsw noc123aas11950 aa2v1159n on dt26 01 2013 and i often find problems like after booting it takes a long time to open any programs occasionally the programs crash and i often get a blue screen of death opening a few programs exhausts the ram though i have a decent configuration i also got the machine checked by their service engineer last year and he advised me to format the system which was done by him and for a few months it worked fine but it again began causing the same problems on dated 03 04 2015 reference id no [protected] their service engineer replaced my 500gb wd hard drive with 320gb hard drive c gate stating that a 500gb hard drive was not available at their store currently and they will provide me with a 500 gb wd hard drive as soon as one is available but when they did not replace it within a month as said by them i called up the authorised service center many a times to remind them of this matter but they kept on ignoring my complaint till my warrenty period exhausted

                                  My self Khushal N. Kapate i was an new employee of HCLorganisation reason of this mail I attended interview on 12 dec in mumbai(andheri) then i received a call from HCL employee Jitendra Dede(Team Manager in TMFL which is located in mumbai(Thane)) for the other interview. After that i attended interview in TMFL thereafter they told me join the company till the offer letter process without salary and also told me i wil get my offer letter within 3-5 days. thats why i join TMFL temporary for 3 days but still i did not received any offer letter as well as call from HR department. so i told to manager jitendra dede that i will join HCL after the confirmation of offer letter but sir blackmailing me that if i did not come for work then he will cancel my offer letter and he behaved me with bad tone even my joining is pending.on the 23 dec i received call from HR department for joining process and they said join HCL after confirmation of offer letter after that jitendra sir called me then i told him that HR ma'am said join after confirmation of offer letter but still he forcibly told me to join company and also told me to make this thing confidential but i rejected his words.He everyday call me for join company without any confirmation from HCL organisation.Yesterday he had called me and told me to join work from 28 dec i respectively replied " i will join after confirmation of offer letter " but he spoke with me bad manner and also said " dont come to work now i am going to cancel your offer letter and discontinue to you." Today i make a call to HR for offer letter details but she told me that my recruitment was cancelled by my manager. I was shock my 25 days waste right now i am going to head office of HCL if i does not get any justice then i will share this on social networking site as well as media for this froud.
