Dear Sir / MAdam,

I have purchased HCL desktop Ezeebec AZ001060, Machine Sr.# 8084AZ074366
from CROMA (Mulund West), vide bill No#[protected], installed on 08/10/2008 by HCL service people.
While the computer is under service warranty for one year, we had paid additional amount of Rs.1250/- for extended warranty for one more year upto October-2010. We regret to state that inspite of our complaints nobody from HCL or Croma has turned up till date for servicing and updation. Shame on HCL, I will never buy anything from Croma or HCL brand items and also recommend my friends atlarge.

my HCL laptop machine sr. no.-3094AX294924 ,Product code-AX0B3841 ,product desc-HCL notebook B38C2D ,When i give the laptop in service center area green , and after receive the laptop when i open my laptop in my home same day, my laptop upper part screw point which is handle by HCL service center , are damage , and when i tell him about that fault they asked me about its proof, i told him that please open it in front of me, than i give him poof and poof that how the laptop screw point damage, they not do this and totally give me a bad response, i also talk to mr. caption ( area sales manager ) and he told me that they solve my problem and and its 45 days left and there are no response come from hcl side, so please give me some serious attention on my problem and solve my problem

Dear Sir,
I bought a HCl busy bee dual core 3.0 Ghz computer sr no 707a201350 from m/s sky dome computers udaipur.It developed a sound problem for which its original mother board was given to hcl authorised service center udaipur under complain no[protected] dated 8-8-09.
i was informed the mother board has been sent to hcl jaipur for repairs.I got in touch with one Mr ajay mishra incharge sales after repeated requests to him to get my mother board repaired and sent back.I was given a standby mother board from the him telling me the original will be sent either repaired or replaced.
Its matter of great regret that Mr Ajay mishra has got himself transfered to chandigarh and the new sales incharge to whom i put forward my complain too has taken a transfer back to Delhi from where he came from not giving me releif of any kind.I am attaching correspondence that has accrued on the subject matter and is self explainatory wiil the co take notice get the needful done.I trust Mr Ajai Chowdhary will help me.

Five months back my brother completed the HCL CDC training at HCL Infosystems Hyderabad and at the time of joining we payed one lakh rupees towards the course as in the offer letter they mentioned that after successfull completion of training they will be placed in any of the HCL or its affiliated companies,
Till now they are not placed in any of the companies. So I would like to complain about HCL Infosystems about this HCL CDC Courses that they are sending a wrong commitment to the people who are waiting for the job please take care of this and circulate,
As Comitted they were failed in providing the job at HCL we need the money refund back or give us a job in HCL or its affiliated companies.

We need help because HCL managers (Ashit Sharma,V.Rohit,M.Bineesh,Avinash Tripathi,Sharad Nigam)(5 Super Power) sitting on the TOP is not solving our problem but creating problems for us day by day whenever we try to interact with them by telephone they will not receive our phones. If they receive then they talk very rudely to us. If we talk about salary they start abusing us. They treat us as an I.T. Labor or H.C.L. Labor. The situation is going to be more then worst day by day because they forget that behind any project or any organization the back bone is the manpower working in the Project / Organization.
Now we have no hope from HCL INFOSYSTEMS because the Team Leaders working since last 2-3 Years are getting the same salaries they are getting at the time of joining and N.F.E. working in NICNET / UP-SWAN PROJECT are getting[protected].Why salaries are based on qualification when we have to perform the same work / Job. Engineers like T.L. /N.F.E working for HCL are O.J.T. (On Job Trainee) for the past 1-3 Years. We don’t know when we will complete our training.
Every company is giving the bonus to their employees from the profit that company earns but in HCL bonus is deducted from N.F.E. salary and given at the end of the year without Interest.
P.F. is deducted from N.F.E. Salary but there is no P.F. A/C opened by HCL Insofystems.No T.A. is give to N.F.E. working in Tehsil /Blocks for coming to NIC for different works. Phone Reimbursement is not given to N.F.E.
Diesel Amount is Transffered to T.L. / N.F.E. Account to make the genset operational in District / Tehsil /Block after sending complete Diesel Bill/ Log Book verified by D.I.O the diesel amount is deducted from T.L. and N.F.E. Account in 2 months.Hcl is now treating T.L./N.F.E. as a Genset Operator who will take the Diesel container and go to the petrol pump and purchase the Diesel then put the Diesel in the Genset and make the Genset Operational and keep the site up but HCL forgot that petrol pump is 5-6 Kms away from Tehsil / Block and who will pay the convence amount.
HCL INFOSYSTEMS is not giving salary on time to T.L.New Joinee.N.F.E. Posted in District / Tehsil / Block is getting his first salary after 4-6 months. If a N.F.E. goes to HCL OFFICE Lucknow then he has to wait for 4-6 Hours to open his salary account in ICICI / HDFC Bank.
HCL INFOSYSTEM is also not returning the P.F. money deducted from salary of N.F.E. who resigned from his job for several reasons and also not giving experience letter on time. If a T.L. goes to collect his form 16 A then he has to stay in Lucknow for 2-3 days to collect his form 16A.
SWAN/NICNET Project running is all over India Engineers are getting[protected] Salaries and they performing their duties very well but in Uttar Pradesh the situation is more than worst due to HCL Policies.
Now HCL INSOSYSTEMS is making pressure on N.F.E. to put their signature on their Extension Letter and Annexure and send till 15/12/2009.
We request all NIC higher officials (District/State Unit) to help us because we are working in NIC Projects (NICNET/UPSWAN) and convey our message of D.G. /S.I.O. Mr.S.B.Singh because now there is no hope left from HCL INFOSYSTEMS they are making situation more than worst day by day.

Now i am having a serious problem. My bios is hanged up and cpu doesn't move forward from the initial bios screen (POST). I searched online for bios drivers of my asus motherboard but my model no. doesn't match with the available downloads listed there. Though i can find drivers for p5gc or p5gc-vm products but not for mine(P5GC-TVM SE/S).
Probably bios is wrongly flashed, for this i need the original bios file (.rom) so as to restore the bios to its original state.

I request you to please reply this mail with an attachment to my original bios file. Its urgent.

I have purchased a desk top from aanchal electronics on 31/12/2008

In this connection a complaint was made on dated 24th august but this problem was not sorted out and said they will sorted out very soon. I was waiting for the sorted out of this problem but in wain.

again I have made a complaint (NO 30 B0 900 90 )thier enigneer told us that this is a problem of RAM and Other problem is due to fault of front pannels. these have to be changed. he came on date 1/12/2009 but till date no communication has been made to me. Time is running out, as the purchaging date is coming near by.
Is these are the tacts of the HCL to kill the time and say the time is over, now there is no responsiblity of them to sorted out any problem.

I again appeal to sorted out my problem because this problem is running my computer from very beginning and I am waiting someone from HCL to sorted out.

The below mentioned mail will explain my complain in detail, this is the fake mail against direct recruitment in HCL company which is located in Noida. I was looking for the job and I got this mail on 6th of Oct, 2009. In the name of HCL, I was never expected that any fraud is going to be take place in coming days. I had deposit the security money also of Rs. 5250/- through PNB for the interview. I have the receipt of the deposit money. Also I talk to the person also for my offer letter and he confirmed me that it has been delivered through courier. But till date I have not received any courier. Moreover when the date was near for the interview and I wanted to make confirm for the company location and offer letter. The person named "Manoj Bhardwaj" mobile was switched off. Later on I came to know that it was a fraud case. I followed up several time on the same number but it is always switched off.

All the details I am forwarding you including the scan copy of deposit slip. It is requested you to take some strict action against this person and his companions who are involve in this fake activity.

Kindly go through the belobw mentioned mail which is my reply for acknowledgement for the deposit money and carry on message which I recevied for the interview on 6th of Oct, 2009.

i have bought a hcl notebook with which i was offered a reebok t-shirt of rs1499.
they said me that my gift will be delivered at my residence within a week, but after 45 days i recevied that gift but what was more shoking that the size of t-shirt was of that of a 10 year old child but i am 24 years young and healthy guy.and the quality of t-shirt was so poor such that it is likely to be rejected by quality checking team of reebok industries and then supplied to hcl infosystems ltd.
when i made a complain to them regarding this issue via mail then they didn't responde my problem that is why i am writing my problem here

I have a Kodak C813 digital camera, which one fine day stopped working. I could not turn it on. I took it to Gagandeep Studio in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad and after two days they said that they cannot repair it and there could be a motherboard problem. They did not charge me anything. Later I found on searching the internet that there is an authorized service center for Kodak at Venkat Plaza, Panjagutta. I took my camera there and they said that it was in dead condition and that they will check it. I paid Rs. 276 as service charges. In the next three days I called them twice to know the status. They said there was a motherboard problem and it would be 75% of the camera cost to repair it, so i decided not to get it repaired as I could buy a new one. Later I sent my colleague to collect the camera. When he brought it, I found out that the Review and Menu buttons were missing. We went back the the service center and asked them. The technician came and said that I gave the camera without the buttons and started complaining about the billing woman that she did not note on the bill about the missing buttons when in fact I have given the camera intact. After some argument he did replace the buttons, but did not agree that he did misplace them. Instead he said that the Studio people might have given me the camera without the buttons and that I did not ask them and arguing with him because it is an authorized center. He again started moaning about the billing girl that she did not note about the missing buttons in the bill. I got fedup and left the shop. This is my bad experience.

I bought the desktop on 06/09/2009, Since the first day,I was getting shock frm the system.I thought it could be issue with the home internal wiring.I checked tht everything was fine,I shifted the system in another room as well but problem was still same. I was also getting error on the system which was software error .I called HCL customer support centre & regarding the software ,the person ,his name was Rahul ,he said tht your warranty doesn't cover software problems & said that I will be chgd to fix the issue.I informed him tht i checked in the system,this error was of HCl EC2 software which is HCL's own software,Finally ,he agreed to fix it.i also informed him regarding the issue of shock frm the system.He asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs as Technician wil come at my place to fix both issue .He gave me the ref #[protected] dated 15 sep,09.Its been more than a week now,nobody has come at my place to fix the issue.So,I am waiting for my system fixed which is the new system on which I recently spend Rs.24000/-.it hurts so much when you spend so much money on a new product & also on a branded product like HCL. Moreover ,it is paid ph.# of customer care which hurts more .It is really worst & pathetic customer service of HCL. I am really disappointed with my decision to buy HCL computer.

from Advance Computer Shoppe, Pitampura on 09/08/2009 vide their Bill No PITM/09-10/1889.

At the time of purchase, I was assured by the Dealer that I would be provided following extra benefits without any charge:

a)Two Year Extended Comprehensive Warranty

b) Two Speakers

c)Reebok Shirt

They had confirmed that I would receive email from you by 10/08/09 confirming the above. However, I have not received any communication till date. On being contacted to Dealer, he has told that Extended Warranty is not applicable on my Model and I would be entitled to Speakers & Reebok Shirt. This is misguidance on your part to cheat customers. Despite my earlier emails, I have no received any reply .


You cannot take customers on a ride due to false and fraudy offers to befool the public. I have written committment from the Dealer stating that I would be entitled to these gifts and he has already registered the Product for the above gifts. You can confirm the same from Mr Davinder/ Mr Ramesh of Advance Cpmputer Shoppe, Ph No [protected]

I am sorry to receive email dt 25.08.09 from [protected]@hcl.in which reads as under:
To avail all 3 offers, you had to register with promotion code “ WRE080901” which your dealer should have provided you during purchase of HCL PC. If the machine is registered without code, we will be unable to help as the registration, once done, can’t be edited.
This is not my mistake. Despite my various calls, your Dealer is not giving any responsible reply.

Please confirm me in writing the date by which you would send the gifts, otherwise I would grag both you and Dealer in Consumer Court and write to various Greivance Cells.

This is vivek kumar. I have taken admission in HCL HCE course for one year duration at hcl preet vihar center delhi in august 2008. I have paid my complete fee on due time, But my course is not completed nobody is listening my complain not providing any guarantee that in how much time this course will be completed. i am not able to pay extra time and money for the course.

My complaint.

1. I have a doubt that this is not the original HCL course.(The full name of the H.O. company HCL is not written in any document of the institute).
2. The fee receipts given to us are not original and it not carry any hologram of the company.
3. Code of conduct provided by the institute is only a photocopy and on the plain paper.
4. Teacher are temporary and they are not full educated and trained.
5. No document is provided that gives the assurance that HCL have is watching and supervising our training program.

sir we are in great trouble our career is spoiled day by day.

I have purchased the HCL Desktop system from dealer in kanpur on 31 jul 2006.

On 16 oct 2008 the monitor stopped working. I went to HCL INFOSYSTEMS
LTD, The service Center in Somdutt Plaza in kanpur(now shifted to Lajpat
nagar), they advised me to extend the warranty for next two years for Rs.
2800 only.

I did the same and have extended the warranty till 15 oct 2010.
Now the problem is that since 16 oct 2008 my monitor is not working properly
and I have complained to Mayank, the incharge of service center in kanpur,
but he is not taking proper action.

I ahve worked in HCL infosystems LTD for 2 years from May 2006- April 2008 they were deucting PF from my salary at and average of Rs.1000/- per month. Now I have left the job and applied for the PF and when they send across the cheque to me it was amount to Rs18000/- and when i enquire them they said they dont submit the amount in the PF office but they mantain the amount with them. So what is the procedure as their is any possibilty that company can maintain their own PF account.
