Dear Sir,
I bought a HCl busy bee dual core 3.0 Ghz computer sr no 707a201350 from m/s sky dome computers udaipur.It developed a sound problem for which its original mother board was given to hcl authorised service center udaipur under complain no[protected] dated 8-8-09.
i was informed the mother board has been sent to hcl jaipur for repairs.I got in touch with one Mr ajay mishra incharge sales after repeated requests to him to get my mother board repaired and sent back.I was given a standby mother board from the him telling me the original will be sent either repaired or replaced.
Its matter of great regret that Mr Ajay mishra has got himself transfered to chandigarh and the new sales incharge to whom i put forward my complain too has taken a transfer back to Delhi from where he came from not giving me releif of any kind.I am attaching correspondence that has accrued on the subject matter and is self explainatory wiil the co take notice get the needful done.I trust Mr Ajai Chowdhary will help me.

The mail says it all.I had given a mb for repairs at udaipur with techcare subashji, through skydome computers from where the pc was bought,who knows the case .
After a long period when i had to remind mr mishra about my mb and my unableness to run my computer and as a conquence the mental and financial losses that i acccrued he send me a replacement.After that despite my various phone calls to him my redressel remains unattaneded.Will you kindly get the needful done and take back this replacement giving me back my original mb.

I bought HCL lap from Madurai HCL Store Room on 20.10.2008. Serial no of my lap is 9083A1124506. It was working fine only for 6 months after that LCD display gone, blue tooth not working and mouse pad right button not working. I gave it to Madurai HCL Service Center. They took for five months for it and they told me your
warranty expired you have to pay 3500 for AMC. I have been paid. They delivered lap on March 20th of 2010 to me.
After few days LCd display and bluetooth not working again. Then i have it HCL Service Center chennai on 29th May, 2010 but they told me yours LCD problem solved one week before itself but for blue tooth we have replace new mother board it have to come from Noida itself. when ever i called them (No is[protected] MR. Basker attended the call) and told me wait we dont when ll it ready while it comes ready we ll call you back. They did not give me proper information.
I am looking forward your reply behind this.
