I had filled in all the required forms for my PF withdrawal and sent it on 21/03/2022. My emp ID is 11662, Name Dennis Watts. I received confirmation email on 31/03/2022 from HCL stating that my forms have been sent for processing and it will take 20 working days from the date of submission which was 31/03/2022. On 25/04/2022 I sent HCL an email asking for a update on my PF withdrawal as 20 working days have been completed. On 26/04/2022 I got an email reply from HCL stating that due to system upgradtion on 01/04/2022 payments are unable to be processed and I will get my PF money within a week. On 06/05/2022 I again sent HCL an email stating that a week has passed and I have still not got my PF money. I then got a reply from HCL on 08/05/2022 stating the same reason that due to system upgradation payment was unable to process and that my PF withdrawal is in process and it will clear as soon as possible. Again on 17/05/2022 I sent another email asking for an update on my PF and the next day 18/05/2022 my email was forwarded to Sisir.[protected]@hcl.com asking him to provide an update on my PF withdrawal status to which I have still not received any reply. The ticket number for my PF withdrawal is [protected]. My date of joining is 05/05/1999 and date of leaving is 30/11/1999. My employee code is 11662.
I humbly request to please look in to my PF withdrawal and why HCL is not paying me my PF money. It's been 2 months and I have still not been paid. This is so unprofessional that such a big company like HCL would deprive an ex employee the right to getting his PF money.
