Dear Sir,
I purchased one HCL touch Me Tablet (s/n714STD025503) through E-bay
online store with Rs 4999/-. purchased date was 20sep 2014.(Bill invoice No-9523)
After one month onwards
it was not working properly. I contact with customer care through
Email, Phone and Sms. But no response.
Again I approach to one HCL service centre with bill, they
suggested me warranty item should register
with customer care centre, after that only they can accept this. October 16th2014
onwards I am contacting customer care through phone and mail. There is
no response from anywhere. I loss more than 400/-rupees as phone charge.
There is no help from seller side, no help from HCL service centre. That is why I am approaching to this Consumer forum.
This kind of the fraud attempt will not help the customer.
So get me a service by replace, repair or refund the money.
Pls consider this request and gave me a solution as soon as possible
