HCL Technologies — 3 time deduction/Payment for single purchase

Respected sir/mam, Garments was purchased from Pantaloons, Sahara mall, Gurgaon on 27-Aug-2015 for amounting to Rs.1303/- and my Axis bank DEBIT card bearing no. Xxxxxxxx was placed for payment but after swipe the card, the cashier told me that card is declined. I gave my Axis bank credit card..He swiped that card two time and told that its been declined and showing the link problem. And finally i gave them cash to do the payment. I checked my debit account statement there was a deduction because of the swiping of card at pantaloons store. ANd the cashier told me that this amount will credit back within 24 hours. But its alomst 5 days, till now its not credited to my account .Kindly look in to this issue as soon as possible and please revert back.
