HCL Technologies — After selection - did not get any mail from discover team to take it forward

This is Badrinath from IT company and working as the team lead.
I have got the mail saying I have cleared the HR round and need to upload documents in the HCL site. In order to do that, I am yet to get the mail from 'Team Discover' regarding my login details so that I can login and do the needful. If possible, I request you to help in this regard.
