HCL Technologies — Annexure K - EPF and EPS

I am an old employee of HCL Technologies, worked during 2005 and 2006. My Employee Code – 40127580 and PF Account Number – HR/5572/14994.

My PF and service records of HCL technologies are not updated in current EPF records. I raised this issue with EPF Grievance team and they asked me to contact my previous employer (HCL Technologies here) for below documents.

The issue is I am struggling to get these documents from HCL Technologies. I somehow managed to get the email ID of HCL PF department and sent emails but these are not getting delivered and receiving delivery failure

1. Attested copy of Annexure K for EPF fund
2. Attested copy of Annexure K for EPS fund
3. NEFT / Demand Draft - Fund transferred details to my current employer.
