Hi, I raised PF transfer from HCL Technologies to my current employee and it is in Settled status. But I did not receive Annexure K from HCL. I have requested for Annexure K with HCL Technologies with multiple times but no response. Please provide the Annexure K at the earliest. Your PF transfer request was acknowledged by HCLT's PF team on 11.2.2020 & the amount was transferred to HP Trust on 17.3.2020. Approach HP for further assistance
It is baseless allegation that PF was pending for transfer at HCLT end for past 2 years as stated in your complaint.
