Hi team,
I left HCL 60 days back. as per the official communiation within 45 days they will credit my fullandfinal settlement. I keep followup the team but i dont received any response. i fond the same scenario with few people in the forum, Please be responsible to ex-employee.

Respected sir/ mam. Iam mohamed shafeer. i have taken an online assessment in HCL and cleared it and called for an interview on july 30th. I went to navallur branch and was ready to attend the interview but they made me to wait for hole day and later sent me out for lunch break. when i came after break. they are telling me that we will send you an virtual online meeting link so that you can attend the interview in your home. My last working day was July 20th 2022, much before it I have requested my HR for Resignation acceptance or acknowledgment with LWD to be sent to me. She chose to ignore my requests via texts and call.

Post my LWD, I was supposed to join another organisation for which I was asked for relieving or resignation acceptance/acknowledgement. I requested my HR for an email which have the two sentence that is resignation acceptance and LWD, she denied, I called her she ignored, I reached out to my HR head he ignored my call and emails.

All I have requesting to acknowledge that my resignation has been accepted and my LWD is ... because of their in cooperative behavior my joining date was pushed and I lost on my Joining bonus which was a huge amount.

Also it has been 10 days, admin clearance is not provided and when talking to admin people they are pretty rude and absolutely not helpful. The relieving letter as per policy says will be available after LWD. However, yet to get that.

This kind of ignorant HRs and even more ignorant behavior that they are displaying by not taking calls and responding to emails or texts is how far justified, please examine.

My LWD in HCL Jigni Bangalore was 9 May 2022. However still i am struggling to get my FNF amount. I dropped many emails to FNF team.
Once they reverted like my 3days LWP is pending for approval but no one fixing the issue from last three months. please have a look, resolve this and clear payment.

I am unable to login to my seperation portal. When I am trying to login it says OTP has been sent to your email address but after entering the password it goes to human verification.After entering the captcha it says invalid otp.

Please resolve this issue for me as I need to apply for PF withdrawal request.

I am trying to login into my separation portal for my PF withdrawal. I managed to changed my password after several attempts but now I could not login. It sends me the otp to my mail id but when I give the sent otp n try logging in it says invalid otp. I am aboard now but my work experience was in chennai.

I didn't get form-16 on my mail also when I try to download it from separation portal it says otp has sent to mail id while log in but I'm not getting otp on my mail can someone please check into this issue and resolve.

I haven't got form-16 through mail and when I'm trying to login into separation portal it says otp has sent but I never receive otp to my mail I need form-16 for itr can someone look into and resolve

My last working day is on March 23rd 2033 and still I didn't received my Form-16 either by email or exit management portal. There is no response for email requesting for Form-16 it's a bad experience towards experience from a reputed company. If possible could you please take this up issue and provide solution on this. There is a short time to submit ITR.

As I have resigned from hcl, HCL technologies has marked a Recovery of Project Allowance against me. This project Allowance was given to me as INR 25000/- per month for 8 months (taxes additional) so the total amount is INR 200000/- which they are trying to recover from me. As per the NITES update, HCL cannot recover allowances paid to employee because it is really difficult for the employee to arrange such a big amount. This is also a violation...
