This is the worst company which is doing fraud with their employees in terms of PF and their salaries as they are cuting pf amount from hard working employees salaries and not paying any tax to income tax department on the name of their employees and you ask them they simply say we will not provide you reliving letter if you will ask us about your PF...
Totaly a fraud company doing fraud with evryone.
Please don't join this fraud company.

Hello Sir, I would like to bring this to your notice that Acropetal Technlogies Pvt. Ltd. have been doing fraud with its employee and indian govt. as they deduct PF(employee and employer's contribution) which they are deducting every month from our salary. I have been working in Acropetal technologies Pvt. Ltd. for past 3 years. They have been deducting PF from my salary since july 2012, but i found that the PF is not been submitted by company. Can you please check this and take necessary action. I found myself helpless in this case, so i would be very thankful to you if you can take necessary actions against the company or tell me the procedure to be followed if something is to be dine from my end. I was working with Acropetal Technologies Limited from March 2012 to February 2013. During my tenure, PF was regularly deducted from my salary along with TDS Now, even after 7months of leaving the company, they are not giving the PF proof, TDS Form 16 or pending salary. The Financial head, CEO & MD doesn't respond to my emails Please help

I was an employee of Acropetal Technologies Limited for 11months & quit in Feb 2013. Though its been 7 months since I left the company they refuse to pay me pending salary & allowances. The company also refuses to give my Form16 stating that they haven't payed the taxes, though it was deducted from our salary. The PF details they provided also seemed to show as incorrect on the PF website. Please suggest what do I do since they are not even responding to calls/emails

My last day in Acropetal was in Feb 2013. I am yet to get my Form 16 for the Financial Year 2012~13. I haven't even received my salary credited for the month of February & various pending Travel reimbursements. The PF payments to my PF account has also not been made. I have send more than 30+ mails without any response or confirmed dates about payment. I am unable to submit my IT returns without the Form16
