Relieving letter and experience letter not received from hcl after my last working day don't know whom I should reach out to as I don't have access to the site.

I checked in separation portal but file not found error is been generated.

Kindly look into this.

    Paid the security deposit and did not get the refund

    I got a mail from hcl technologies that my cv has been shortlisted for the training and job
    They asked me to pay 20000 as a security deposit and now the HR is not responding to my calls…please see to it that i get my money back...

    Hi Team,

    I have raised a PF transfer from my previous organization HCL Technologies to new organization Wipro Technologies Limited.

    Steps followed:

    1) Raised PF transfer request on EPFO portal and chosen attestation through
    previous organization i.e. HCL Technologies.

    2) Request accepted by HCL Technologies and within few days request
    accepted from filed office.

    3) Downloaded Form 13 from EPFO.

    4) Uploaded Form 13 which I downloaded from EPFO to HCL pf transfer
    portal along with screenshot of EPFO portal.

    5) Request no generated.

    Now problem starts after step 5. HCL pf team referred back request to me saying your current organization name in Form 13 and in EPFO screenshot are different it should be same.

    I have chosen attestation through previous organization i.e. HCL Technologies(and is approved by HCL technologies) then how could they are referring back request to me.

    It seems they are not looking thoroughly and violating the process.

    There is no another way I can connect with them, they are referring request back and I am uploading my Form 13 again and again there is no way I can comment on request.

      My last working day was on 03 Dec 2021. I have submitted all my assets and company belongings on the same day at HCL Chennai.

      All assetss submitted and clearance was green in portal but not received Releaving letter, Experience, Gratuty amount as well.
      have been following up with them but they're ignoring my requests.

      This is very disheartening to be honest.

        DOE is not updated in EPF portal and only PF transfer was done and Service details (Pension) are not updated.

          HCL was my first employer and they didnt update the DOJ in EPF and EPS account in UAN portal as per the findings from grievance (filed in EPFO portal, also from my current employer .

          The issue is with these details not updated, EPFO portal doesnt let me update the e-nominations and thus I have been following up with HCL PF helpdesk for months now, but to no luck

              I have been working with HCL since 2nd Nov 2021 and before signing the offer letter it was told to me by HR of HCL that My Inhand salary will be Rs 31, 618 per month after all deductions. Due to this i had an offer of 32000 per month in some other company which i denied .But when the salary came for Nov month the salary i am entitled to get is 30000...

              Hi,

              I'm an Ex-employee of HCL. I have raised my PF withdraw request on 3rd January 2022 and the status changed to Received and Under process on 7th January 2022.
              Since then no updates from them. I got annexure-K in HCL PF portal. In how many days I can get my PF? Please give me update and do the needful.

                HCL has withdrawn their covid leaves and employees need to use their personal leaves until they recover. I am personally suffering due to this as my health is not improving from covid and I need to use the personal leaves. This is not an employee friendly policy. All cooperates are providing covid leaves. This is so unfair action for the employees who are suffering from covid

                    This is regarding linking my HCL EPF Trust PF with current UIN

                    As per my Payslip,

                    Pension No: RPFC-HR/5572/078678

                    When I checked EPFO, I couldn't find my HCL PF details.
                    Need to request for Transfer of my previous PF account to Current UIN
                    For that need Member ID or Establishment ID, Extension, A/C No to get Member ID.

                    Could you please help me with that.

                            As per the new guidelines on the internet HCL should provide all the bonus to the employees who left the organization between September 2021 to December. My last working day was 27th December 2021 however they are denying to give it back.
                            Even they are not providing official document.

                              I was in need of financial emergency so I was in need of my pf amount and trying for the transfer from my previous organization to HCL.

                              Rule for PF transfer in HCL for trust to trust.
                              1) They are accepting only manual forms that to we need to send it HCL PF Noida.
                              - I filled the form 13 as request by HCL and sent to HCL pf office for that I need to wait a month because of transport and HCL will not provide feed back on receiving and we need to chase them and finally they will surprise back saying that your form 13 is not valid and rejected saying " part b is not filled. but I was sure that I filled but still I gave other chance and followed again by sent it HCL office again(which took another 20 days for me ) but this time I double checked the form 13 and sent it PF office and I was not expecting the same answer and I thought it will be success but I got same reply again. This time I asked for the evidence but I was shocked for the answer saying that they are not allowed to scan (I was asking my own form13 that I filled manually and asking for the guidance where I went wrong but I did not get proper reply from them)
                              I was asking for single point of contact for PF person in Hyderabad to validate form13 before I send but they did not give me relevant reply . I tried escalating to manager but no reply from them as well and finally decided that its waste of time to initiate transfer from HCL.

                              Because of this I have chosen my previous organization which is Wipro I was surprised and felt great about my previous organization and they took only 20 days to generate annexure K . Daily they will respond to my mails (but In HCL they will just fill SLA with irrelevant answers and they never respond to existing tickets.)

                              After getting annexure K, I submitted to HCL I thought it will be completed but same thing is happening . no proper reply . In December I submitted the annexure K to them but still my pf transfer did not happen and I mentioned the financial emergency as well. I never faced this kind worst pf department team in my life. Please take care of my problem.

                                Date of Exit is wrongly updated in EPF (UAN) portal

                                My PF transfer request in HCL portal was referred back to me stating that Date of leaving is incorrect in Form 13/UAN portal.

                                In PF portal, Date of exit is updated as "29/12/2017" instead of correct date, i.e., "04/03/2017".
