    I have left HCL on 13May2020, I've raised EPFO req as well.
    Whereas the request got closed as "ZERO Rs" Transfered from HCL to my current company.

    I was with HCL for 5 years and Mails to central team is bouncing back.

    I need immediate help.

        Approach your current employer and understand PF transfer process.
        HCLT requires mandated Form-13 duly signed by your current employer, which you need to upload in HCLT's separation portal where PF link is available for uploading Form-13
        Visit PF application available in separation portal of HCLT and download Annuxure K which has complete details of transferred PF for your further followup with dealing PF office of your current employer

          I left HCL on 22nd Sept 2019. However my fnf is still pending with them. I am continuously following up with multiple teams like admin FnF, have included HR and Reporting Manager as well. Still no luck. I called HCL helplines but those were not valid.
          Kindly suggest if something else can be done from my end or whom should I contact.

            this mail id seems to be invalid, I am unable to add/ edit my aadhar number in the PF withdrawal request page, and unable to proceed further procedures to withdraw my pf amount. kindly do the needful and awaiting for your speedy response.

                  Thanks, I received the PF Amount, Company not send any mail or notification, I think they are deaf and dumb, They will not hear employee queries.

                  It is incorrect statement that your PF withdrawal is not settled for 2 months. PF is settled within 20 working days FROM THE DATE when your PF withdrawal application was ACCEPTED for correctness by PF team.
                  Do check the auto message and system generated SMS on the date of acknowledgment or check your bank account accordingly

                    I'm Malathi S an ex employee of this reputed organization
                    This is regarding your employee working at Chennai HCL Technologies has a criminal case on him along with his family he was arrested by police, till now there is no action taken against him is that because he is an manager in your company, he also owns business and is getting dual income how all this is entertained by a reputed MNC company as this is setting a bad example so is that any one can join HCL no need of good records about them??

                      I am an ex-employee of HCl and requested for a pf transfer and it's still in received and under process status. Its been more than 30 days

                      But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need annexure k from hcl pf team.

                      I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding to my mails.

                        Hi, I have submitted PF transfer from HCL to current organization through EPFO. In EPO the transfer status is showing settled and amount is showing as '0'. I have raised grievance through EPFO. Till now No response. In myHCL portal it is showing as under process.

Do comply for closure. Annexure K can only get generated once you receive an auto acknowledgment that submitted Form-13 is correct.

                            Today i have got a mail from HCL HR department and they have detailed written on mail that your CV has been sortlisted and this is one day offer so you have to make payment of 4200/- including GST after post completion of the payment you need to fill a form (http://hclcareers.com) them you will get the details of joining shortly.
                            And i have followed the same instruction and did a payment of 4200/- but till now i have not got any mail regarding to the service or any confirmation mail.
                            So now i all is wanted to refund my money ASAP.
                            Please look into this matter and so the needful.

                                  I had found a few mismatches in my fnf settled dated 6 Nov 2020 .

                                  1. Why is GST charged (9, 484 RS) on Notice recovery? Amount recovered is part of my salary and on salary GST is not applicable (please go through CGST ACT 2017 Schedule II) and Refund my salary from which GST amount is deducted.

                                  1.1. For notice period recovery Total payable should be

                                  Number of Days Not Served – Annual leave * Basic pay/31. Why are you calculating the total number of days as it’s costing me 6, 000+ more? Please correct this calculation and refund additional deductions.

                                  2. Why is the salary on Demand 8, 843.35 RS is deducted? I had 31.8 days of leave balance, now it’s showing 27.8 days. Where is my 4 day leave gone? If (Sal for OCT is paid for 27 days, then where is my 4 days of leave gone?)

                                  3. Under other deductions I can see 598 RS deducted for Arr.Other Deductions please help me why it has been deducted.

                                  I have dropped email to [protected]@hcl.com for Case Id:#1367375 multiple times I have not received any response.
