No relieving letter, experience letter, FNF settlement

I have been relieved by HCL on 18th september 2020, as per the mail of HR [protected]@hcl.com.

However i have not received any relieving letter, experience letter or fnf settlement from company due to admin clearance was pending. I literally had to struggle like anything in covid-19 situation i had to visit office just for submitting the id card and access card on 22nd september 2020.

Finally after lot of struggle...

SLA for PF withdrawal settlement is 20 working days after the date you receive an auto acknowledgment message from PF team. We don't update status on public domain like this

    Sceen shot which you shared is of EPFO for a transaction which does not pertain to HCLT. Do approach PF office which has transferred your money for further clarification as HCLT has nothing to do in this transaction

        I am udhayakumari periyasamy. Employee id 51595577. I relieved from hcl on june 12th 2020. After 60 days i tried to raise pf withdrawal request.in pf portal i am unable to see my last working day details and unable to raise pf withdrawal request. I sent mail to [protected]@hcl.com. But no response. I am sending mails from august 18th. Till now no response. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            admin clearance is pending after submitting all the required thing.

            I have been relieved by hcl on 18th september 2020 as per the mail of hr.
            However i have not received any relieving letter, experience letter or fnf settlement from company due to admin clearance is pending.
            I had to visit office in covid-19 situation all the way from delhi to noida for for submitting the id card and access card on 22nd september 2020. After that i had to take the follow up via personal mail and to my surprise...

            I have been relieved by hcl on 18th september 2020 as per the mail of hr. However i have not received any letter or fnf settlement from company due to admin clearance is pending. People taking care of admin clearance cannot see the request and its their system's fault which is killing my peace of mind.

            There is one of the HCL employee who message on this platform with her number asking my HCL related official details. However to fast forward this process, i preferred calling on the provided number and discussed regarding same and shared my Employee id and my work location, then lot of mail chain happened and finally on 5th of October my complaint was resolved.

              I was in service between 2008 to 2016. I wish the response to this email would aid me by understanding the means o[censored]rgency in which my situation is demanding. I have tried linking my aadhaar card in epfo website (Employee provident fund organisation india). Until the day i quit the company, there was no existence of aadhaar and since then it was not requested by hcl as well. Eventually it would not be available in your records to validation/verify. Due to this i am getting an error in epfo portal as “aadhaar authentication failed. Aadhaar number, name, dob or gender mismatch with registered data."
              I have attached my aadhar copy, kindly update to your recored and help me get that reflected in epfo as early as possible. So that, i think i can do the claim by myself. This is the 6 follow up email in this regards. I found this portal to register my displeasure though there were not a single response from hcl.

                Hi team,

                My pf transfer request was completed on epfo portal on 09-may-2020 and the amount was reflecting as "zero" settled as per the attachment. I contacted my current employer and got the feedback that there was no annexure k was received from hclt to credit the amount.

                Can you kindly check why the amount is not credited as it is more than 50 days since the transfer request is complete also please share me the annexure k to my registered email id.

                  I got relieved on 17th august but my it clearance still shows pending, however when i contacted with it people, they told me that they have already approved it.

                  And asked me to get in touch with hr partner.

                  Requesting you to help me with this issue.

                  Not able to understand why it shows still in pending status.

                      Raised a request for pf transfer in july month. As per hcl process sla is 20 working days,
                      But still my pf settlement is not yet transferred and i have been following this for last one month with kanchan yadav due to my emergency requirement and there is no eta stil.

                        Annexure K is generated online in EPFO portal, if your current PF post separation from HCLT is maintained by Regional PF Office. Seems your current employer is not aware about this process.

                        Still in case of any gap, seek required information by sending mail to Suzanna.[protected]@hcl.com. We don't share any employee specific information on public platform
                        I believe HCL PF accounts are maintained by “Trust” and not regional EPFO office also Annexure K is not available in portal .

                          My name is Vidya S and I am an ex employee of HCL . My Sap id is 51811081, I raised an online PF withdrawal request in HCL separation portal on 30-July-2020. I have got my pf amount on 20-Aug-2020 but not completely. I have received only 15, 106.00 Rs as my PF amount to my bank account but my previous company is stating that they have already transferred and settled 20, 313 Rs to HCL pf trust [GNGGN[protected]] on 28-July-2020. I am able to view that in EPFO as well.

                          I have worked with HCL for 8 months from 20-May-2019 to 24-Jan-2020 .I have not received my HCL PF amount as well and I can see in the separation portal it's already marked as disbursed.

                          I don't have clear clarity on my PF. Multiple times i wrote a mail to @Pfhelpdesk and HR regrading my remaining pf amount by attaching screenshots, messages and salary slips for reference.

                          But i haven't received any reply to my emails.
                          Kindly please help .As it's urgent at this situation

                                Since two months I’m trying to withdrawal my PF amount through separation portal.but in separation portal PF link wasn’t working it doesn’t loading or navigating to appropriate PF withdrawal page.due to my pregnancy I can’t come directly and withdraw.
                                I’m in emergency so I need to withdraw my amount as soon as possible.
                                That would be helpful for my planned csection.
                                So kindly help me to withdraw at the earliest.

                                  Dear sir, madam

                                  I am receiving some harassment emails from hcl technologies. I was laid off on sep 30, 2019 employee from hcl technologies when i was working at a denso customer location in nagoya japan. Hcl denso manager or hr dept haven't provided me with any offshore contact information to join with hcl technologies, manager just asked me to leave japan with the reason project closure.
                                  I wasn't allowed to trigger my tms in hcl website during my last project. If it is a transfer to india definitely i should have received offshore poc details, so i confirmed this is laid off/ removal so i requested a relieving letter from hcl and i received it. But harassing emails are received from bangalore hcl but i am belonging to chennai hcl.
                                  I already wrote an email to hcl complaint cell and waiting for the reply as well.
                                  Problem:
                                  1. I haven't received my pf (Uan –[protected] amount from 2012 oct to 2016 dec when i was working with hcl technologies, chennai.
                                  2. Added to that, still exit criteria are pending, but i properly relieved from hcl technologies with relieving letter, but some information are missing. They are sending first notice with wrong information including my home address.
                                  3. I am afraid that somebody is misusing my company id between oct 1, 2019 to feb last, 2020. Because i haven’t received any communications until i start requesting for pf amount
                                  Note:

                                  1. When i was in customer premises i wasn't allowed to use myhcl tsms website to provide attendance while leaving somebody triggered my tms and i haven't received any information about my pf.

                                  2. While enquiring it i started receiving some harassment emails from hr dept
                                  1. That you are not reporting to the office. - so far they haven't mentioned where to report and who will be the poc.

                                  Solution given by me: i told that i will come to the office once public transportation is available since it is a lockdown period. But they haven't accepted my solution
                                  2. Please provide me the handwritten resignation letter - i don’t know the purpose of resignation. I have already been laid off from hcl.
                                  4. Pf amount – pf amount is also hard earned money. I would like to receive that amount too.

                                    I was an employee in hcl with employee id.51994345. I am trying to withdraw my pf amount which includes my previous employer lifecell international private ltd contribution as well, which i have transferred it to your hcl trust. I understand that the amount standing to my credit in my pf account is rs.27, 677 as a sum of rs.16, 963 was transferred from lifecell to your trust. But on my application to withdraw the same, only a sum of rs.10, 000 was transferred by you on 05.06.20 to my account.
                                    It's been more than a month since you mailed me that my pf amount will be added to my account. I have already submitted my annexure k. Why is it taking so long?
                                    It will so much helpful to me if the amount transferred soon. Kindly respond.
