HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Annexure K is available in HCLT's separation portal under "PF". Do login and download the same. Else approach dealing PF office of your current establishment as all PF transfers including Annexure K is online generated in EPFO portal only
Annexure K is generated online in EPFO portal, you need to approach dealing PF Office of your current establishment for an update as no PF is pending at HCLT end for more than 20 working days
Annexure K is also available for download in HCLT separation portal under "PF application"

    I have requested for PF Transfer 2 years ago,
    HCl acknowledged the request and started processing on 25th Jan 2019.

    It has been almost 2 years I'm yet get my PF amount Transfered. I have been sending mail, havent got any reponse. Below are my details

      Hi,

      I initiated pF transfer from HCL to current employer and I have received a mail from HCL that PF has been transferred.
      I have checked with current employer and they are asking for annexure K. I have sending mail to HCL PF helpdesk( [protected]@hcl.com) but getting response that your mail has been blocked.

      Kindly help to get the PF transfer done.

        PF Account No. HIL EPF Trust-HR[protected]
        Pension Fund Account No. : RPFC-HR/5572/102557

        EPF was maintained by HIL EPF Trust, but EPS was maintained by EPFO. EPFO has not transferred Service History of Amdocs to BGBNG[protected]. Amdocs PF was transferred to your PF. Kindly get the correct Annexure k from EPFO having service history or past company and HCL as well.

          HCLT cannot withdraw any PF on behalf of employee. Your understanding is incorrect.
          Do share mandatory Annexure K issued by dealing Regional PF office of your previous employer to ascertain when and what PF amount has been transferred by them to exempted PF Trust of HCLT.

          Soft copy of Annexure K is required to be sent to harshit.[protected]@hcl.com in HCLT

            Kindly advise & direct me to the concerned department/persons.
            I left HCL in Dec 2012 & hence then i have hard time in getting my PF transferred.

            I dropped no. of email to [protected]@hcl.com with no response and undelivered messages.
            All my next companies from 2013 are pending for the PF transfer from HCL Trust. Hence i would like to withdrawn as its taking few years.

            Kindly do the needful & help to connect the right teams.
            Please help me in closing my PF Settlement. i am currently not working & appreciate your support in advance.

                During my Bench period begins exactly on COVID lock down Period, Within 20 days intimation HCL fired my job though I got project on lockdown period, Against the GOV rule HCL Project manager telling to travel to Bangalore attend the project assigned behalf of client, HCL not followed the policy ...HCL TOOK MY VOLUNTRY RESIGNATION as per policy they should provide three month pay if voluntary resignation at least one month pay not provided ...Three month notice period not maintained as per policy ...GOV should take care these kind of human sense in professional world.

                    You need to approach project HR which was last assigned to you when you were part of HCLT for assistance to get your parentage corrected in HCLT database.

                          For the few months am trying to withdraw my PF balance, at the first time i got option to apply for withdrawal and i have uploaded all the documents but it got rejected not sure why. Later again am trying on the same portal am not even getting an option to reapply for the same,

                                Basic details of your UAN associated with HCL, do not match with your current UAN, please check the basic details in both UANs and correct the mismatched details.
                                As we are receiving error (Basic Details do not match) while transferring your PF to your current UAN.
                                (Basic details includes : Your Name, father’s name, DOB, DOJ and DOE)
                                Please inform once the correction/change of mismatched data is approved in EPFO so that transfer of PF can be initiated in EPFO.
                                Do close the requirement which is populated by EPFO portal & do not follow up with HCLT on this issue

                                      Submitted online transfer of my pf from hcl toy current company,
                                      Hcl approved my transfer but amount transferred is zero Rs.0
                                      I tried submitting transfer again, Epfo field officer rejected as transfer is already successful.

                                      How do you expect HCL to recognize you without mention of any employee Id / PF number & online request ID of HCLT separation portal which you had received while raising PF transfer request ??

                                      In future, follow official protocol before requesting for any information & for your records HCLT or dealing PF trust has no intent to hold or delay transfer of your paltry PF amount - the only expectation from you is to understand mandatory PF transfer process which you need to follow for which approach your current employer.

                                        My pf transfer from hcl to my current employer is taking years together. I have raised online pf transfer and got only the reference number from hcl. no further communication is given. the reference number is REQ-75301. The hcl pf portal just says in progress for more than 2 years.

                                        Your PF transfer request was acknowledged by HCLT's PF team on 11.2.2020 & the amount was transferred to HP Trust on 17.3.2020. Approach HP for further assistance

                                        It is baseless allegation that PF was pending for transfer at HCLT end for past 2 years as stated in your complaint.
