Hi Team,

I have transferred my infosys pf amount to hcl technologies and i have initiated pf withdrawal request in the seperation portal. Ever since no mail acknowledgement was provided and i still dont know how much amount is accumulated with you. Now please send my annexure k and let me know when i will get my amount. It is highly urgent that i need this money for my survival itself. Hope u understand, also i sent numerous mails to [protected]@hcl.com for the past three years, no single reply from ur end.

I have already sent one last 2019 November itself, no response from them as well. Why is that you guys have no care on your ex employees. i have been waiting for a valid response from you guys for the past 2 years. Feeling really bad for having worked here now :(

    I got a response from HCL technologies through this site. I was like Finally some kind of response from HCLT. But to my disappoint, When i contacted the executive i got an reply that "she is catering to active employee concern only thru SSD. Kindly coordinate with the SPOC." I did not got the logic that why would a present employee of HCL will transfer the PF to other companies and complain here. My subject line is clear, "Pf transfer is not happening". Anyways she did help routing the request to another executive, Who has not been not responding since then after several follow-ups. The silence is such as a deaf will feel ashamed.

    The Bottom-line, they don't give a damn about you, Whatsoever it may be . Forget about supporting you.
    I do not know what should i do now. I'm Helpless. I'm feeling like my PF money with HCL is gone forever. I'm sharing my details again. If anyone can help.. that would be great.

      I had initiated the transfer of my PF from account number (HCL technologies) to current account number (EMC software pvt ltd) through online transfer (Epfo). I got the message stating, transfer is complete and amount is been credited to current account number. But this amount is not reflecting in my current passbook.

      Below are the details and find the attached screenshot of current status.

      Hi Team,

      Not accepting your words as "Annexure K" is still pending with HCLT.

      The amount is not reflecting in my current passbook. So when i contact my current employer i have received below response.

      PF transfer should be done from HCL and if they have initiated Annexure K should be there to check with PF Dept. Please check with your HCL PF team to escalate on this.

      Even i contacted PF office and they are telling if you have Annexure K from HCL then we can track and tell you the status of transfer amount. Without "Annexure K" proof we can't track any details.

      So kindly share Annexure K to check further. Thanks !!

      Hello team, without resolving my ticket the status is showing as resolved. Please keep this ticket open until i get response from HCL.

      I am still awaiting for an update on Annexure K from HCL, which is required to check in PF office. Without that tracking is not possible even in PF office as per their update.

      So kindly provide Annexure K ASAP.

        do read auto message carefully and understand the language, it is mentioned that settlement will be made by 20 working days from the day your receive an acknowledgment message of having received completed application

          Pf withdrawal pending for so long

          After clearing an interview had a discussion on salary. At first they proposed the new salary and sent the salary break out also.           I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal, it has been 6 months since i have applied for pf my withdrawal and only 5% (Which was of hcl employer) of my total pf amount was released. But for the remaining amount (Which is of my previous employer) was not released and there is no response from hcl pf helpdesk team inspite of my many follow-ups.

          I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -

          Seems your understanding to the subject is incorrect.
          PF is not settled in piece meal rather whatsoever amount is available in the credit of PF is settled in one go.
          If your query is related to any past PF amount, then approach Shashi with mandatory Annexure K issued by Regional PF Office of your previous establishment.
          Do not raise any past PF related query with HCLT PF Team unless Annexure K is enclosed as proof. Mail ID of Shashi is [protected]@hcl.com

            Hello sir / madam i'm nithin aryan.

            I got mail from hcl technologies limited mentioning that i have been selected for the training and interview process. And i have been told that i should pay 5000 per program as the security deposit. I have done it. But later they asked me to pay the amount in once again as 10000. But i informed that i don't have any money. And they asked me cancel the application and the process and so i did what they told me. After sending a mail that i'm not interested in the program, then that hr called me and told that money will be refunded in 48hours on thursday and then the next day was friday so waited for complete two working days till tuesday of the other week. And after then when i call him to know about the money, at first he spoke to me and then later after he blocked my number and all the numbers from which i called him. It is been 10 days now i had no reply and also i have sent mails to the recruiting team mail. Please i request you to help me to get the problem solved.

              I got a job offer from monster.com telling that hr post is available in hcl technologies following that they called me and told to pay 5400 for registration and after that again 6800 rs for interview... After that a call came from a number [protected] telling that we will send u the job confirmation letter... Again they are asking 11200 deposit for creating bank account... So i doubtfully checked the hcl and where they said no amount will be asked during offering jobs... Pls kindly look in to it and do the need full..

                In uan portal it shows accepted by field office and in hcl seperation pf portal it shows received and in process.

                Please let me know the status of transfer. I didn't get pf amount transferred.

                And also i didn't get annexure k.

                      I am unable to download my relieving letter from hcl separation portal.
                      My sap id is 51690242 and my last working day in hcl was on june 30 2020 and all clearances has been done on july 16 2020 on 6pm.

                      While trying to get the relieving letter, the portal is throwing a pop up showing "relieving letter not found".

                      I need relieving letter on urgent basis.

                      Kindly upload relieving letter asap or let me know if anything required from my end.

                              Hi, i need immediate help on this matter.

                              I need my relieving letter to be submitted in my new organization on urgent basis and on the separation portal my it and admin clearance is still not complete. It's been more than 20 days since my last working day and it is still not action-ed, even my 2 months salary is on hold due to this.

                              I've been following up every alternate day even my ex manager has tried to follow-up and even raised a service desk ticket but no one responds.
                              Even escalation doesn't help.

                                  Your PF was transferred to RPFC Pune vide UTR number N[protected] dated 12.9.2017. Do coordinate with RPFC Pune as no further action is pending with HCLT
