I am an ex-HCLlite. And I am trying to contact HCL for pension transfer. emailed to the hcl employee who deals with it many times. But no response seen.

And I am unable to sign in to ex-employees portal. I left HCL in 2008.
I only transferred PF previously and planning to transfer pension now. Would like to know the process for that.

    Always people wants to know the status or progress. At-least after deadline hcl provided they should comment on how many day it will take.

    Thanks for understanding and helping in advance. Please let me know the status and how many day it will take exactly.

      Hi,
      I was hcl employee for an year and left hcl on feb 2018. My employee id is 51666266. I have been working peacefully in different company now.

      I am looking for a girl to settle down. Recently i met a girl for alliance and she is working in hcl. She pulled out my records from hcl and my records show that i am married. This has created a lot of issues for me. I am never married and dont know how this has happened. This is really absurd.

        Hi team,

        It's been 2 years i have been following up with hcl technologies writing to emails - suzanna. [protected]@hcl.com,
        Mohit verma [protected]@hcl.com however no reply.

        My overseas employee id is 51345457 and india employee id is 51458524 however the link provided https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx does not work for either of the employee ids but the support staff are unresponsive.

        After various follow-ups i googled up to find similar complains of hcl unresponsiveness hence decided to post here hoping to get a response.

          My employee id was 51677339 with pf account number gn/ggn/005572/[protected]. I had initially submitted form 13 for pf transfer on 23 march 2019 (Req-43044). There had been some discrepancies in the form, as pointed out by mr. Kanchan yadav (The spoc) the corrected form was submitted on 25 march 2019 (Req-43181). On the same day the status was changed to 'received and under process'. On 26 april 2019, i received an email saying that req-43181 status have been updated to 'disbursed'.
          The amount has not been credited to my current epf account.
          I had mailed mr. Kanchan yadav and ms. Suzanna regarding this and the response was cold.
          I atleast require my annexure k copy and need an assurance that i will receive my pf amount.

          Your PF was settled and transferred to RPFC Trichy on 27.3.2019 vide cheque number 9722 the same was encashed by Trichy PF office on 20.5.2019. Do coordinate with PF Office as HCL had provided mandatory Annexure K to them. No further action is pending with HCLT

            hcl noida offer letter put on hold

            Hi sir,

            I appeared for an interview in hcl noida in the month of december 2018 and i cleared the interview. I had gone through 3 rounds of interview and finally had a salary discussion with the hr and lastly signed some transport consent forms.             I have been following up with hcl pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal. It’s been more than 30 working days since the request was accepted. It was informed that amount will be disbursed in 20 days.

              I have sent multiple emails as an follow-up where we stands on transfer request, however, there is no response pf help desk team and have reached the spoc as well, but no luck.

              HCLT has online PF transfer process. No action is taken on any hard copy of PF transfer form. Do submit online PF transfer request in HCLT's separation portal - which has link to PF as well.

              PF transfer form should be signed by your current employer - this is a pre-requisite to avoid any rejection

              I have submit for PF withdrawal in July 2017 upload and document related to pf withdrawal and sent mail to PF withdrawal team regarding that but so far i didn't got any response for HCL. Please help me out in this. HCL is not even replying to my mails.

                The mentioned uan number they have disbursed is not my uan number. It is someone's else number.

                        After no reply from HCL PF trust, I twitted the Matter to @hcltech then miraculously got the reply within 4 Hrs on twitter asking for REQ- number and SAP ID, after which very next day same SPOCs, who are like seating duck, replied to my month old query with approval

                          I am working as a part of the HR team with HCL since 4+ Years.
                          Internal recruitment team has a deal with particular vendors & getting paid from the vendors for each hire.
                          Magenderan R & Madan Kumar and few others are extensively part of this dealing. Even their managers are supporting them and dividing the amount paid by the vendors.
                          Internal Recruitment team gives preference to the candidates who come from a particular vendor and push those profiles to the next level.
                          These Recruiters are paid on percentage for each hiring by the vendors.

                          Please have a look into this matter as soon as possible. This will spoil the organization reputation and values.
                          There are many internal recruiters are being a part of this activity and earning more than their salary for each hire.
                          This will actually demotivate the recruiters who work hard and being truthful for the organization.
                          Kindly re-validate the vendors' list and withdraw those cheating vendors from the empanelment.

                              pension withdrawal

                              I have raised Pension Withdrawal request on 25th May 2019 and it's been 10 days since i received acknowledgment of filled form. There after I do not see any progress and it is getting delayed day by day which further delaying withdrawal of my current PF account.
                              I had conveyed the urgency of money and withdrawal of my existing PF and HCL pension, but there is no progress.

                              Does it really need more than 10 days to withdrawal...
