Am ex employee for hcl and would like to transfer my pf to my current organisation.

I have been trying to reach hcl helpdesk for pf related information, but they are sometimes picking my call and disconnecting and most of the times not even picking.

When through member portal i try to raise the request for initiating the pf transfer, my details does not come up. I am also unsure about the details i am mentioning there as i have no idea about extension code and region of my pf office. I think hcl has a trust which is managing all of this.

Company promised to pay pf within 20 days, since Hcl is Exempted establishment (PF managed by company itself and Pension fund by EPF Organization).They do not respond to my emails, its been more than two months.
They say wait for one month, but they keep saying this every month.

Pf helpdesk is not helpful to anyone. I've been trying to transfer pf since jan 2017 (Pf no hil epf trust - hr/5572/[protected]). It is really pain to get any information from that and their responses is not even helpful.

1. I had wasted 3 months trying to get the information on pf transfer thru online epfo.

2. I had initiated pf transfer my current employer and hcl pf help desk still claims they have not received the documents even after 2 months. When the courier confirms it has been delivered at hcl office in nodia and receptionist collected it.

3. Pf helpdesk is really useless and there is no other contact to get it done.

I am ex employee of hcl, resigned on mar - 27 - 2017 and applied for pf withdrawal on june - 1 - 2017 and sent all the documents to them through speed courier and got mail from them saying documents has been received and it is under process, after that status has never changed since then, i have been contacting through hcl pf help desk but no response from them.

The fraudster ajay kumar claiming to be employee of hcl technologies ltd. With the mobile no. [protected] has taken advance of rs12800/- (Refundable) from me for giving call letter & gate pass fofresher interview of my son and now not responding. The amount was paid through his paytm account no.[protected] (Hcl technologies ltd). He has sent me the following offer through email. Actually few days back my son's resume was sent to hcl for consideration, but i donot know how the info was passed on to this fraudster from hcl. Hcl ltd required to do investigate & let me know how it has happened. I want my money to be returned to my paytm account and no other fresher should be duped by the fraudster.

I got my display repaired from hcl technologies limited (Vikaspuri extn) and found that some areas of the screen are'nt working. So got it fixed again and this time also the same problem persists. The addition to this problem is that the proximity sensor has stopped working due to some fault during the repair. Please look into the matter. Luckily its under warranty so i can claim it but who wants to stay there for the whole day even after paying for the bill. I am really pissed of with their services.

When i try to initiate pf transfer from epf website, it is showing wrong member name (Soumya ranjan satapathy) and wrong date of joining. Due to this discrepancy i am not able to proceed with my pf transfer.

I have opened up a ssd ticket (#152249) with ex-hcl portal, but no reply for over one month now.

As your company said that LEAP program... Why you introduce that program, your main intention is to strengthen the students vision in the market but why you conduct all rounds like aptitude test, technical and hr rounds, you are offering to pay 287500, ok its fine to pay to the program fee, if the person not capable to clear all these rounds then they should be pay that fee, if they clear all rounds for what purpose he suppose to pay that LEAP program fee... Tell me the answer

I have a profile on shine.com job portal and i guess, this company got my number from the same source.
When i did not revert back to them, they called me on the next day. A woman called and asked: are you looking for a job? Have you any job offers at present? How many companies have contacted you till now? We, at hcl, have opening for software developer. Would you like to appear for an interview? The interview questions will be told to you before appearing so that you can prepare well in time. You need to send me resume and some documents as soon as possible as we have limited availability. You will need to make a payment of ₹1500 for registering for the same. This amount will be refunded in first month's salary. Your salary would be ₹25000 per month for the initial period of 2 months which is a training period. After then, it will increase.
When i asked her to send me an email regarding the same, job location and their company's website, she acted as if i was not audible to her. After repeating the same for 2-3 times, she said i will transfer your call to (Some name i do not remember).
And then, i got a hint and i hanged up the call myself.

These people are tricking innocent graduates and freshers in a trap of fake job offers and that too in the name of well known (Renowned) company.

Note: no company asks for money for appearing for interview or any job offer.

Interview location given was ahmedabad as i reside there.

Mahindra Xylo - TN11 V 6323 which is running for HCL technologies found to be rash driving in OMR road on 27th April 2017 @ 11.45 AM. The car almost tried to hit 3 cars when I saw it. Require your highest attention and warn the driver on the safety of the fellow drivers. Also, I would like to add a point that the driver is on the call as well while driving.
