Pf helpdesk is not helpful to anyone. I've been trying to transfer pf since jan 2017 (Pf no hil epf trust - hr/5572/[protected]). It is really pain to get any information from that and their responses is not even helpful.

1. I had wasted 3 months trying to get the information on pf transfer thru online epfo.

2. I had initiated pf transfer my current employer and hcl pf help desk still claims they have not received the documents even after 2 months. When the courier confirms it has been delivered at hcl office in nodia and receptionist collected it.

3. Pf helpdesk is really useless and there is no other contact to get it done.

I am ex employee of hcl, resigned on mar - 27 - 2017 and applied for pf withdrawal on june - 1 - 2017 and sent all the documents to them through speed courier and got mail from them saying documents has been received and it is under process, after that status has never changed since then, i have been contacting through hcl pf help desk but no response from them.

The fraudster ajay kumar claiming to be employee of hcl technologies ltd. With the mobile no. [protected] has taken advance of rs12800/- (Refundable) from me for giving call letter & gate pass fofresher interview of my son and now not responding. The amount was paid through his paytm account no.[protected] (Hcl technologies ltd). He has sent me the following offer through email. Actually few days back my son's resume was sent to hcl for consideration, but i donot know how the info was passed on to this fraudster from hcl. Hcl ltd required to do investigate & let me know how it has happened. I want my money to be returned to my paytm account and no other fresher should be duped by the fraudster.

I got my display repaired from hcl technologies limited (Vikaspuri extn) and found that some areas of the screen are'nt working. So got it fixed again and this time also the same problem persists. The addition to this problem is that the proximity sensor has stopped working due to some fault during the repair. Please look into the matter. Luckily its under warranty so i can claim it but who wants to stay there for the whole day even after paying for the bill. I am really pissed of with their services.

When i try to initiate pf transfer from epf website, it is showing wrong member name (Soumya ranjan satapathy) and wrong date of joining. Due to this discrepancy i am not able to proceed with my pf transfer.

I have opened up a ssd ticket (#152249) with ex-hcl portal, but no reply for over one month now.

As your company said that LEAP program... Why you introduce that program, your main intention is to strengthen the students vision in the market but why you conduct all rounds like aptitude test, technical and hr rounds, you are offering to pay 287500, ok its fine to pay to the program fee, if the person not capable to clear all these rounds then they should be pay that fee, if they clear all rounds for what purpose he suppose to pay that LEAP program fee... Tell me the answer

I have a profile on shine.com job portal and i guess, this company got my number from the same source.
When i did not revert back to them, they called me on the next day. A woman called and asked: are you looking for a job? Have you any job offers at present? How many companies have contacted you till now? We, at hcl, have opening for software developer. Would you like to appear for an interview? The interview questions will be told to you before appearing so that you can prepare well in time. You need to send me resume and some documents as soon as possible as we have limited availability. You will need to make a payment of ₹1500 for registering for the same. This amount will be refunded in first month's salary. Your salary would be ₹25000 per month for the initial period of 2 months which is a training period. After then, it will increase.
When i asked her to send me an email regarding the same, job location and their company's website, she acted as if i was not audible to her. After repeating the same for 2-3 times, she said i will transfer your call to (Some name i do not remember).
And then, i got a hint and i hanged up the call myself.

These people are tricking innocent graduates and freshers in a trap of fake job offers and that too in the name of well known (Renowned) company.

Note: no company asks for money for appearing for interview or any job offer.

Mahindra Xylo - TN11 V 6323 which is running for HCL technologies found to be rash driving in OMR road on 27th April 2017 @ 11.45 AM. The car almost tried to hit 3 cars when I saw it. Hcl which i can commonly provide an expansion as hell comes live, hcl sucks to the core, no employee is respected and employee is forced to work like a dog, no night shift allowance, proper incentives, no work culture, no ethics, no moral value, employee will be treated like a dog, hcl has *holes as their managers, senior managers, until you are wagging your tail and properly give a blowjob to your manager, you will be allowed to work in the company, once if a person stops licking managers *hole, he will be fired from the project for improper reasons, whatever night shift you work, extra work, out of the box thinking you will never be rewarded, infact there will no proper guidance, no feedback, you will always live in a world o[censored]ncertainity if you work in hcl, if you raise your concerns to hr about management, hr will immediately say that she will listens to it and will take action but before you reach your table in the project, details about your complaints will be shared to your manager, no confidentiality, hr is just a puppet in this organisation, nothing will be communicated to you through email, everything in words, management encourages more jalra and * licking people, transport and food are a nightmare in this organisation, no proper transport facility, transport will be cut for employees who travel from long distances, employee first is just an eyewash, it is not employee first, it is employees *holes first, if you miss your cab, you will be asked to come on your own, and even if you arrive on your own, there will be no reimbursement given to you by the project. Food at hcl you will always be provided stale food, mostly cafeteria will be ruled by rats running here and there, and when questioned about it admin says why should we kill a rat as it just grows by eating left over food which has been provided by vendors serving in cafeteria, you have to think twice before having food in hcl, so totally think twice before joining this *hole organisation which is full of thugs, puppets and *licking managers, if you want to have a career never ever join hcl and spoil your life

My name is Lovish Bansal and SAP code is 51634584. I am working in HCL Tech, Sholinganallur, Chennai from past one year as an developer in Western Union Project in SDB2 second floor.

Here I am complaining about the environment or work culture in HCL in that ODC. From past few months I am dealing with the negative nature of my seniors and managers also.

1. In any meeting or discussion, they start discussing in Tamil language in between.
2. North Indians like me and my other friends also facing racism (torturing in project, not giving importance, and many others).
3. Even after complaining to managers, they are not understating and taking any action. Instead of that they are scolding us because we joined this company as a fresher one year ago.
4. Many tamil people in ODC behave very badly with us and instead of helping they talk very rude.

My current problem is that. I am in new project from past 6 weeks and my mentor in that project Mrs. Sudha Balaje[protected] behave very rudely with me and making my image negative in front of other tamil seniors also. And all are giving priority to her because of her seniority and gender issue.
Today, I complained about this issue to my manager Mr. Prasad[protected] also but instead of helping he is blaming me to not cooperate with my senior.
So I decided to quit this company and will talk to my DU head Mr. Jawahar tomorrow, also I am writing this complain personally to HCL also and I expect to proper action should be taken from HCL Tech.
