I've requested for transferring PF from Regional PF, Mumbai to HCL technologies' trust. It is pending for long time and no answer on why it is pending also.

I purchased a Toshiba Satellite L310 on 20th August 2008.
In september my laptop screen started flickering, so I contacted HCl, which is providing support for Toshiba Laptops.
on 16th october, i was told that Laptop LCD has to be changed and a order has to be placed for LCD.
They told me that they have placed a order for LCD and would call me in 10 days to change the LCD.
I never got a call from them. Meanwhile...

There are many service centre but the service is ne which ways slow of hcl firstly it took me around tenn days to get a working service number of a service centre first the distributor then the a landline number and then a mobile number where the opposite person ask's me how did i get this number and who gave it to me he took my complaint but from past two working week days no one came at my home for the work to be done

I booked a HCL computer on 24th of December 2008 from HCL sale at HCL’s Sec11, Noida office campus (vide invoice no. [protected]). They committed the delivery and installation of the product within 7-10 days by HCL Engineer. But the system was delivered by courier on 2nd of January 2009 and its installation is still pending till date (i.e.[protected] inspite of their assurance of installation within 48 hours of lodging the installation...

I received this mail on 10th Jan 2009, claiming its from HCL India. Firstly the mail has not been sent from gmail.com and not the company mail. A amount of Rs 4625 has been asked to be deposited to Account NO - [protected] Name of Mr. Pankaj Kumar. This kind of recruitment move is out of my knowledge and I think is a fraud.

I lodged a complaint at HCL Help Desk on 10th December 2008 at tel_no[protected] regarding No Display problem in TFT Monitor of my HCL PC which I purchased on 12.03.2008.

This is to inform that i bought a HCL laptop last December(2008) and had experienced a CMOS battery problem as the battery had gone down within 7 months. I took it to a service station in New Delhi which was nearly 40kms from my place as they informed me that there are no service stations in Gurgaon. It took great pain to get the problem resolved just to find that the same has re-occurred again. I did some investigations...

My monitor is a HCL product (HCM 700SFL), nowadays my monitor screen goes and hangs up at top, i dont know why this happens. Can anyone advise me to solve this issue.

I am trying for any driver updates that can be installed to rectify this but i am not able to find it from the website. Can any one please help me out.

I have been paid the amount of Rs 4650/-in the Mr.Pankaj Kumar account on 6/11/2008 in AXIS bank. Since the last date was given to me is 4/11/2008 but the mail came to me on 5th. so I was not able to pay and I send the mail to same reply that he last date was completed then what to do? then again I got a mail that to pay the amount in the security deposit of Mr.Pankaj Kumar.I paid it but the reply of he amount paid till now I did not get....
