[Resolved] HCL Technologies — complaint about pf amount not yet credited

My name is Kirubakaran. I had been working in HCL (Sholinganallur branch, Chennai) since 03Mar2015 to 03Sep2018. I applied for my PF withdrawal by through HCL portal. Last week (15May2019) I got an email that "PF amount transferred to my bank account". But still money hasn't been credited to my account. I have been reaching out the respective people by through email I am not getting any response so far. Please help me to get my PF amount from the trust.
