This is to bring to everyones notice that almost 20 people left since 2017 just because of mr. Johann glenn remedios who happens to be team leader of hcl dc operations singapore. Uses unparliamentary language very often and also encourages politics with in the group. He has hired his family and friends with no qualification and experience. I suffered mental trauma working under him. Although many o[censored]s brought this to hrs notice, hr didnt really help us because one of his relatives is currently working in hcl at service delivery manager level. We are all helpless. I am going to resign very soon, he is not just my problem he is everyones problem in team.
Nepotism prevails in hcl and this is an solid example for that. He literally asked me if i would call in the middle of night to check how to have sex with my wife! Its ridiculous, what ever tone he might have spoken this deeply hurts me that someone such low standards can not just become an employ but a team lead in hcl.
If no one is going to take action i am going publish all the proofs i got against him on linkedin very soon.
Also, bribery is still existent here. Asks for favours like buying a cigarette packet, asking us to buy beers and get it to office and never pays money back. Please help.
I am feeling exhausted, so much that i would better be with no than rather working in this company.
