HCL Technologies — EPB Recovery

Hi Team,
I have resigned from HCL and expected I will be getting salary of the month which was held by the company but 32k deducted by the company showing as recovery of engagement PB. It was never mentioned on offer letter. I have worked for 11 months and I have not got Annual bonus but they recovered the engagement pb which they have given basis of my monthly performance which I worked for the company. What right company has to recover the amount which we earned with our efforts. Got to know this happened to lot many people. 30k is not a small amount.
