HCL Technologies — Hcl me tablet replacement policy

I am having hcl me tablet (Model u1). Let me guide early how to replace that tablet, what i should do for that, where i should visit for the same in mumbai/navi mumbai, detail addresses and their contact number/s to enabling me to contact them urgently and lastly but the least what would be minimum receivable amount while getting a replacement either of the same made company or any other else.
