HCL Technologies — HCL Retired Employee and unable to get a Relieving letter

I am ex employee from HCL and details as given below

Problem statement : HCL Claims I did not settle amount

I have took advance loan amount during Year 2018-JAN and they recovered through my hongkong payroll system.

But it is not reflected in the indian payroll system and so they claimbing all the amount which I have already settled through my monthly salary.
