HCL Technologies — HCL Technologies Online PF Transfer rejected due to EPS not received

Hi Team,

I am an ex employee of HCL Technologies Ltd. and my Employee Id # 51560429, was employed for period 07-May-2015 to 08-Aug-2016. hen joined Cognizant Technologies. I transferred my PF amount to Cognizant PF Account where PF transfer was shown settled in EPFO portal. But when I joined another Company Pearson then again when I initiated the online PF transfer it got rejected with two reasons-
"1) PREVIOUS EPS SERVICE NOT RECEIVED. 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS."

I raised Grievance also to get more information but grievance closed with statement- "GN/GGN/5572 is an Exempted establishment and you are working in an Exempted establishment (PF managed by company itself and Pension fund by EPF Organization) that details of EPS from the previous employer(HCL) was not received & was not updated to my UAN number "
