HCL Technologies — I am complaining about my UAN number

This is regarding the issue related to my UAN number.
As during my Working period in HCL, my UAN number was not created and now i have resigned from HCL and have my joining with Capgemini,
I am having issues in joining Capgemini as they are asking for the UAN number.
So can you please create the UAN otherwise give me a brief reason why my UAN has not created over my mail.
