HCL Technologies — Login issue with separation portal

I have been trying to login since mrng. I tried using my old password.. At first during the mrng times, it said "password expired", reset password. I tried resetting password by giving pan and dob. I get the error msg that it doesn't match the records. I never had this issue in the past. The last I used this portal was two years back. Now I need to take documents from the portal and it's giving issues.

Now at night, I gave forgot password and tried to reset. This time it accepted the same PAN and dob that I gave in the mrng and sent a new password to my email. I tried entering that password, after that it asks me to type captcha, then it goes to the same login page without any error. If I try old password instead of new password, it again asks to type captcha and then says "OTP sent to email". I either get OTP but when entered, login page says invalid otp OR I don't get OTP at all to my email and hence fail to login to the page. Please resolve this issue
