Hcl Technologies Ltd — complain is regarding to Lekhpal for rishwat

Res/sir, My Vill :- Sakrauli (yadavpur ) & Po. Raniganj Ajagra Tehsheel &dist -Pratapgarh (U.P.) and lekhpal i Mr Safeeq Ahmad i have deposit all document and peyment to Mr. Safeeq Ahmad before last 3 month for correction of khatauni's i have meet 2 month regular per day and call him but no activity by Lekhpal Safeeq Ahmad, my mother is is a single contact person at my home so every week Lekhpal Safeeq Ahmad hasbeeen visited at my home & ask her to some extra money every time for completed my task but i have already payed all goverment paper formality charges . He is care less for his job.i am very frustated and mently disturb by lekhpal (Safeeq Ahmad). so request you to sir kindly take the leagle action for the lekhpal urjently please help and do needful.
