I have exited from HCL. Employee id 51572189.
Post exit my IT clearance is still pending for a thin client "8CN713046C". I was using another thin client with a different serial number, which was already surrendered with the team responsible (PFA the screenshot of the order id). I had never used a thin client with this serial number "8CN713046C", a concern was raised few times before but no one tried to assist with this issue. This machine seems to appear only in "IT HAM", it does not appear in service Xchange or TARMAC.
I was asked to raise a surrender request for this asset, checked the service request nothing appears there for this serial number (PFA the screenshot). Then I was asked to contact service desk, then service desk asked me to raise "break it fix" request, that was on my last day 12th when I lost my access, I still haven't got any calls following up regarding this.
and when I tried to follow the process as per how the HR requested, no one responded to any of the mail even when I had marked my managers in the mail.
Please assist me to get IT clearance, since without it I won't get my full and final settlement nor my experience letter, which is hindering me from joining any new company for job.
