HCL Technologies — Not Approving my Online PF transfer claim

I am Shruti and was an employee of HCL Technologies for 4 years 3 months and had left the company in March. On joining another organization, i had applied for my PF Transfer claim online on EPFO portal. This claim is pending with HCL since 24July2015 and No action had been taken so far from HCL end. If this claim is not approved before 11July 2015 it will be rejected. I had been continuously following up with HCL to get this claim approved but i am not getting any response from their side.
