[Resolved] HCL Technologies — Online PF status is in Recieved and under process for so many days

Hi Team,
My name is Hajj Imran and I was working with HCL years back, Months back I have requested HCL team to transfer the PF amount to the present employer. The request is taken however it's in the same state of "Received and under process" for months.

HCL Technologies Customer Care's response Following message was conveyed to you on 8th Oct, 2020 by PF team. We find instead of closing the action at your end you are un-necessarily raising complaint in this forum
Basic details of your UAN associated with HCL, do not match with your current UAN, please check the basic details in both UANs and correct the mismatched details.
As we are receiving error (Basic Details do not match) while transferring your PF to your current UAN.
(Basic details includes : Your Name, father’s name, DOB, DOJ and DOE)
Please inform once the correction/change of mismatched data is approved in EPFO so that transfer of PF can be initiated in EPFO.
Do close the requirement which is populated by EPFO portal & do not follow up with HCLT on this issue
