HCL Technologies — pf amount has not been settled till date

Hi -

I was the part of hcl from 21st of june 2018 to 21st august 2019, after relieving from the hcl i have submitted the request for pf settlement from this link (https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx), but i didnt get any response or update till date, it has been 30 days from my submission. I have tried to reach-out the team with the provide email id but not getting any response ([protected]@hcl.com). I would like to request again please help me with the update. Below are some of the details.
