HCL Technologies — pf amount not credited to my account

I am rekha, worked in hcl for last six years[protected]. After my relieving i have raised pf withdrawal request on 23rd nov'19.

The same request has been actioned by pallavi pandey[protected]nov-2019 12:23 pm.

As per the policy, pf has to released within 20 working days of request raised.

Still, i have not received the pf account to my account.

Please do the needful.
