HCL Technologies — PF joint declaration

I am expecting a joint decleration form attested from HCL PF team which shows correction in name matching with my Aadhar card.

The delay in response from your end in just delaying my new job joining. Please consider this my humble request to issue an attested Joint Declaration Form for UAN correction so that I can activate my UAN account.

I have worked in HCL till 24th march 2023. Requesting your support in getting Joint Declaration Form with my UAN mentioned. This document is urgently required as per joining at new Company is put on hold. Urgent support requested
