HCL Technologies — pf related issue

Hi pf help desk team,

I have submitted my pf with-drawl request req-66175 on 19th nov 2019, and i got a notification mail on 27th nov stating that my request has been received and it is under process. Also stated the amount will be disbursed to my account in 20 working days. But there is no update on this since 27th nov. I am very needy of amount and it is urgent. So kindly close my request asap.
