HCL Technologies — pf transfer not transferred by hcl pf trust

I couldn't reach out hcl pf trust and hence raising this complaint. My previous pf & pension account detail are given below for reference.

Resigned the company on 27 nov 2015. Till now pf didn't got transferred.

Please advise how to proceed furthur.
