HCL Technologies — pf transfer pending from last one year

I had raised a request for my pf transfer from hcl to current company in march 2019. The status message "received and under process" is still remaining same from march 2019 in ex hcl employee portal. However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was transferred nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk. Its been more than a year but response from pf help desk - hcl end.
