HCL Technologies — Pf transfer request not moving forward for a long time in HCL technologies ex employees portal

Hi team,
I have left hcl in the month of Feb 2020 and applied for the pf transfer through my current employer in pf portal and HCL pf portal . pf transfer process started by hcl on 07-Jul.2021 .SLA for this 20 days.But still process not completed.I am sendng mails to hcl pf help desk and one responding from team. I tried to reach kanchan from PF help desk team not responding.
Please help me on this

Updated by Mohan Reddy puchakayala I am ex-hcl employee with employee id 51599014.i have applied for pf transfer in hcl portal 24 days back.same day I received mail with message we received and under process .I saw SLA for this request 20 days.but still status not changed and money not transfored.Please do needful on this...Np one responding from pf heslpdesks
