HCL Technologies — pf transfer request of pending for past 8 month and no response

I have been following up with pf department of hcl for transfer of pf amount. There is no response.. I have written to different people.

There ssd ticket has no value.

My new uan number is :[protected]

Received is received on 6 july 2018 and now says approved and pending for disburshment and status does not changed for now past 4 month.
