HCL Technologies — pf withdrawal amount is not yet received

I had submitted pf withdrawal forms in october 2017 and got response that they have received the documents and the amount will be credited within 20 working days.

Its been more than 1.5 months, the amount is not yet credited. Email queries are not helping,
