HCL Technologies — pf withdrawal pending

I am ex employee of hcl, resigned on jun - 5 - 2017 and applied for pf withdrawal on aug - 24 - 2017 and sent all the documents to them through courier and got mail from them saying documents has been received and it is under process, after that status has never changed since then, i have been contacting through hcl pf help desk but no response from them.
