HCL Technologies — PF withdrawal serious issue

I had transferred my previous employer PF amount to HCL TRUST by opting for “one PF one account”
The transfer was successfully processed by EPFO in September. And it was added to HCL trust PF.

Post that I applied to withdraw my complete PF amount to my bank account on 21st November
However, today I only received the PF contribution done during my tenure in HCL, although there should be also included the amount from my previous employer i.e Accenture solutions.
Below is the details of the request that was created via Separation portal for PF withdrawal request.
I uploaded required forms stated during submitting the request.
Kindly assist in getting my full amount to be credited to me.
