I have submitted hard copies to HCL Technlogies by submitting hard copies of below documents 2 times during Aug 2017 and Again in November 2017 .But never received the PF money back .Please help as it is around 3 years PF money which was not give to me by HCL Technologies Ltd.

a) Fill and sign the mandatory PF withdrawal form by clicking on the link http://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_docs/PDFs/Circulars/Y[protected]/Composite_Claim...⇄

b) Append copy of one cancelled cheque along-with pan copy

c) Submit the above documents in hard copy to us at following address:
