I was a customer service rep in one of the groups. I'd opted for company benefits but didn't register for in a local gym to use gym benefits and resigned in a month after opting. Amount of GBP 366.0 was missing from my last salary. I emailed HR but its more than 3months she's waiting for a response from benefits team.
Opting company benefits pulled me to a loss and awaiting for an answers since 90 days.
