HCL Technologies — Shift & On call Allowances pending since January 2021

Hi team,

My ID is 51787198
Since January 2021 my shift allowances and on call allowances are not credited to me. Total amount I should get is more than 45000
My lwd was on May 10th.
Why is it not credited. Kindly let me know the reason and also let me know the clearance date.
