HCL Technologies — Transferred PF amount is not reflected in my new PF account

My name is Kruthika, EX-employee of HCL. My sap id is 51598401. I transferred my PF amount from the HCL PF account (PF num: GN/GGN/005572/[protected], Pension num: GN/GGN/005572/326743) to my current PF account PY/KRP/146100/[protected]. The claim was successful but the transferred amount is shown as Rs.0/- in the EPFO portal. I wrote to EPF grievance they asked me to check with HCL PF trust administrators so I mailed a month ago, I dint get any updates from them yet. (Attached are all the supporting screenshots for reference).
